All art prints are eligible for a refund. All refunds will be processed via paypal. You are in charge of shipping and insurance costs. Please use the form below to request a refund.
You must request a refund within 24 hours after you receive your art print. I will receive delivery confirmation. If I don’t see a refund request within that time then you are not eligible for a refund.
I have insured every art print so if your print was damaged when received, please fill out the form below and I will send you another art print, free of charge. You will need to take a photo of the damage so I can file a dispute with the postal office. I will contact you as soon as I receive your contact information.
If your print wasn’t damaged and you’re not happy, then the art print must be undamaged when I receive the print. No alterations of any kind. If the art print was damaged prior to me receiving it, I will not provide a refund. Please make sure your print is insured to avoid any loss.
